Shooting Ranges
**The rifle and pistol ranges are closed when trap and skeet fields are in use. Please check the CALENDAR.**
Rifle Range Information / Rules
Range hours are from 6am to 10pm and closed during the use of Trap and/or Skeet fields. Check the calendar.
The range is for members and special public shoots. (not open to general public)
The firing line is a cement slab with a pitched roof cover and numerous cement/steel benches are available.
Range has berms at 25, 50, 100, and 200 yards.
Approved targets:
Club will not provide targets on rifle range.
Any steel targets used must be 10+ yards away from firing line.
Paper targets can be used at any range. Please pick up and place in trash after use.
Any targets used need to be hung at an angle facing the ground.
Do not place targets on top of the back stop berm or shoot over the back stop berm.
No trash targets A.K.A. glass, plastic, or any target that will leave fragments or explode. These materials are harmful to our shooters, lawnmower and environment.
Exploding targets such as Tannerite are prohibited on Club property.
Pistol Range Information / Rules

Pistol shooting only. (no rifle or shotgun shooting on pistol range)

Club will not provide targets on pistol range.
Any steel targets used must be 10+ yards away from firing line.

Public Shooting Fields
Available APRIL thru OCTOBER 4:30pm-8pm weather permitting.
TRAP Field
Information / Rules
Four trap houses/fields with automatic voice releases.
Use no bore larger than 12 gauge.
Use no shot larger than 7-1/2.
Both shooters and personnel must wear eye and ear protection while on the trap fields.
Gun actions must open except when on the shooting pad.
Persons wearing open toed sandals, flip flops or crocs will not be allowed to shoot.

SKEET Field
Information / Rules
Use no choke tighter than improved cylinder.
Use no load of greater velocity than 1200 feet/sec.
Use no bore larger than 12 gauge.
Use no shot larger than No. 8.
Both shooters and personnel must wear eye and ear protection while on the skeet field.
Gun actions must open except when on the shooting pad.
Persons wearing open toed sandals, flip flops or crocs will not be allowed to shoot.
ALL NSSA RULES RELATIVE TO SAFETY SHALL BE OBSERVED.

5 STAND
Information / Rules
Use no bore larger than 12 gauge.
Use no shot larger than 7-1/2.
Both shooters and personnel must wear eye and ear protection while on the 5 Stand field.
Gun actions must open and empty except when on the shooting pad. Gun must be over bar prior to loading gun.
Persons wearing open toed sandals, flip flops or crocs will not be allowed to shoot.
